Warm up 

2 rounds of 

4 wall walks 

8 rotational ball slams/each side

Strength

7 strict pull ups w/ 1 sec pause at top of each rep 

10 single leg eccentric only squat on box

WOD 

30 mins for quality

800m run 

100ft bear crawl (hips and shoulders in line) 

30 jumping lunges 

10 strict HSPU

(this is an opportunity to move well, if you struggle with running then work on your form or breathing. If you struggle with HSPU then this a chance to work on them)
