*For bigger classes if people are moving similar weight for the workout then have them partner up and stagger the workout or they can load their bars and strip it down for the push press from the deadlift. Don't want to have each person having 2 bars on the floor.

 

Smaller classes 6-8 people or less maybe we can have 2 bars on the floor for each person

 

For the dumbbell lunges 40 reps total (20 each leg not 40 each leg)

 

2. Endurance

5 MIn rest between each
