1. Front Squat

15 Mins to build to a heavy 3 for the day- and then one attempt at heaviest set possible of 10 Front Squats 

For those of you that did this the other day then the goal is to lift both a heavier 3 and a heavier 10. 

2. WOD

21-15-12-9-6-3 

Unbroken Squat Cleans (95/65) 

Goal= Sub 8 Mins 

The set must be completed unbroken otherwise it doesn't count. Rest as needed between each but make sure that you choose a weight that you can move quickly and the rest between sets isn't too long.
