Scaled: 5 x 5 (eccentric HSPU- 3 sec descent) 

Beginner: 5 x 1 Wall Walks (in between each set perform 10-8-6-4-2 Push Ups) 

1 Wall Walk + 10 Push Ups, 1 Wall Walk + 8 Push Ups......etc
