Aside from the fact that we will not be using a Safety Squat Bar. Look at the technique on the Box Squat. This is what we are looking for tomorrow.

A little back story for those that don't know the main individuals in this episode (probably my favorite to date)

Josh Bridges: Perennial Top 10 contender. Missed the Games in 2015 

Brooke Ence: Won the California Regional in her rookie year competing as an individual and now back to try and make it back to Carson.

Dan Bailey: Also a top contender and favorite to win the games.
