Run 2400m (6 trips to the tree stump and back) 

120 Double Unders/Single Unders 

100 Air Squats 

80 Pull Ups/Jumping Pull Ups 

60 Toes to Bar/Hanging Knee Raises 

40 Clean and Jerk (115/75) 

20 Strict HSPU 

for time 

***There will most likely be movements that are strengths and weaknesses for everyone in this WOD. Come up with a game plan about how you would like to attack the workout. It's ok if that changes on the fly and be prepared for that to happen. Play to your strengths and manage your work on the movements that are weaknesses.
