3 Rounds (rest 8 mins between each round) * Score each round individually for time
Intensity for the workout should be 85% +. Trying to see how you clear lactate/use lactate as an energy source to keep moving. If you pace too much we wont get a clear indication of your ability to do so.
Below Average = 7:00 +
Average Score = 5-6:00
Good = Sub 5
Excellent = 3:30-4:00
Goal would be to repeat these efforts after rest
