LB Absolute Strength/NME Testing

1. Find a 1RM Front Squat 

Rest 10 Mins 

2. AMRAP @ 85% 

Rest 10 Mins 

3. AMRAP @ 65% 

Same as last week doing some NME Testing so we should be looking to see similar results from week 1. Those with mobility restrictions will be limited here and may not have a true score in terms of their 1RM. Again, if you have good structural balance we should be looking to see your FS at 85% of your BS.
