15 CTB PULL UPS
Scaled: Scale to 10 CTB Pull Ups. If you cant get the reps unbroken then you should be looking to do it in 2 sets, 3 sets MAX. If you can`t do CTB Pull Ups then you can scale to Chin Over the Bar Pull Ups.
Beginner: 15 Jumping Pull Ups. Try and use as small a box as possible for the jumping pull ups. Same standard make sure chin is over the bar and full extension at the bottom.
