1. 3 x 2 Snatch Grip Push Press (from the rack)
2. 10 x 1 OHS w/ 10 sec pause*
*focus here isn't on how much weight you are lifting but establishing good position and being active in the bottom of your OHS

8 Hang Power Cleans @ 155/105
At 0:00 perform 12 DL and 8 Hang Power Cleans, and rest until 2:00 then repeat, and rest again until the 4:00 mark and so on until you've completed 5 Roounds. Goal would be to finish all 20 reps within 1:00 so you have equal work to rest.
