5 @ 40%, 5 @ 50%, 5 @ 60%

5 @ 65%, 5 @ 75%, 5+ @ 85%

3 x 10 UB thrusters for time

Rx: 135, 95 Scaled: 115,85 Beginner: 75,55

Sets must be unbroken for it to count. Rest as needed between attempts. Weight should be a little bit heavier than normal for your thruster. Want you to try and push and hold on for 10 reps.
