 Cycle 2 for Wendler starts. Add 10 lbs to Lower Body lifts and 5 lbs to Upper Body lifts. Adding these lb increases to your 90% 1RM)

5 @ 40%, 5 @ 50%, 5 @ 60%

5 @ 65%, 5 @ 75%, 5 + @ 85%

WOD

3 RFT (1 min rest between rounds) RPE @ 90% 

10 Clean and Jerks

10 Burpees Over Bar
