Also for anyone interested, Coach Jenn will be competing this weekend at the Canadian National Weightlifting Championship at The University of Toronto Mississauga. Men lift on the Saturday and the ladies compete on Sunday. This is a good opportunity to go and see some of, if not the best lifters in Canada.
Coach Holly also leaves next week with her team from Crossfit Select to represent their box and our region, Canada East at the Northeast Super Regional.
