**If you are planning on going out for a run, don't do anything crazy like decide you want to run for 10-15 km. Remember for the most part you all haven't been running throughout the winter, if you want a good way to have your knees ache and back hurt then by all means go out and run like you're mid season training for an IRONMAN but otherwise keep the volume moderate.
