Week 1 Wendler Cycle

Bench Press 

Warm Up Sets 

5 reps @ 40%, 5 reps @ 50%, 5 reps @ 60% 

Work Sets 

5 reps @ 65%, 5 reps @ 75%, 5 + AMRAP @ 85%

WOD 

EMOM x 10 Mins 

3 Burpees

5 Box Jumps 24"/20"

7 Med Ball Cleans 

***Should be looking to consistently finish around 30-40 secs if you start to slow down and are running into the next minute then scale the reps down if its too easy then scale up. Don't scale just because its hard.
