30 Double Unders 

**If you can string double unders together try and make it your goal to go unbroken for each interval on all 3 movements. Try aiming for 1:00-1:30 for each round. 

Even though we are doing clean pulls today a lot of the same principles apply to your set up position. The pull is different slightly but organizing in the optimal position will help your movement
