THIS WEEK IS A DE-LOAD WEEK. IF YOU HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING ALONG ON THIS STRENGTH BLOCK THEN AVOID DOING ANY EXTRA LIFTING OR WORK THIS WEEK. WE WANT TO USE THIS WEEK TO RECOVER FROM ALL THE HEAVY LIFTING WE DID LAST WEEK.
