All classes begin with a group warm up and mobility, followed by strength or skill work and the daily WOD (Workout of the Day). Classes are lead by a certified trainer in a group setting, no larger than 14 members per class.
We request that all members reserve their preferred class time in advance and arrive on time, ideally with 15 minutes to spare to allow for changing, washroom breaks and mobility.
Although a coach will be in the facility, there will be no structured classes during this time. Therefore, we strongly recommend that if you are new to CrossFit and not yet confident in our movement patterns, that you try to make coached classes whenever possible.
