Conquering your First Pull Up

Hey guys, 

One of the number one things that we see as coaches at TCF is that the vast majority of new members need to improve on their pulling strength. 

While coming to classes and doing the daily WODs will certainly help you improve in those areas, sometimes just like learning a double under or getting your first handstand push up there is some extra work that you need to put into achieving that first pull up. 

Attached is a pull up program that Chelsea had found and has been religiously following and has helped her go from 1-2 pull ups to 5 + unassisted strict pull ups. There is no secret, you just have to be willing to put in the extra time and effort.
