March Member of the Month

For the March Member of the Month, the TCF coaching staff wanted to recognize someone who has been quietly and consistently coming into the box and making big gains in their fitness.  During a tough week of testing some major lifts and tough classic Crossfit workouts it was evident that this person was the right choice and deserves some recognition. I mean how could we not give it to someone who picks Fran as their favorite benchmark.

Sergio had been messaging me for quite some time about Crossfit and how to get started. After some convincing from both me and Coach Butter, Sergio walked through the doors at Transition Crossfit just over 8 months ago. He has seen big gains in all aspects of his fitness and we are happy to recognize all the hard work he has been putting in.

1.How long have you been doing Crossfit?

8 months... Didn’t think I would be able to stick around too long but it has been awesome, I love it. Thanks to you all for making it what it is!

 3.What are the biggest changes that you have noticed since you joined Transition Crossfit?

Mentality of what working out and healthy living truly is... Crossfit is awesome
