What to Expect

If you are brand new to CrossFit, we welcome you to join us for a free consultation and baseline test, which allows you to meet our coaches, experience our facility and get a taste of what CrossFit is all about.

Once you sign up, you’ll be required to attend our CrossFit Foundations Program, where you will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit that all members will be exposed to on a day-to-day basis, and get a feel for our group workouts. The Foundations Program is made up of a series of five classes that must be completed before moving on to a regular class. If you are not confident in your abilities and do not feel ready to join our regular classes, you can repeat the program to better the movements you have learned. This is included in your first month-to-month membership.

Remember, everything we do here is scaleable. If you are new and/or limited by mobility or injuries, we will always provide modifications to suit your needs.
