Transition CrossFit offers a comprehensive beginners program to ensure a smooth and safe transition into our regular CrossFit classes. Both our group and personal training options integrate new Pulsewave® technology to track vitals like heart rate and blood pressure.

Semi-Private

In this option, you will join a certified coach and a small group of other beginners through six (6) introductory CrossFit classes. These classes will break down the fundamental movements of CrossFit and will give you a sense of the format of our classes and community. Following your six classes, you will be provided with a free two week Unlimited Membership, as well as the results from your Pulsewave® assessment.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm, Saturdays from 12:00pm-1:00pm

Private

In this option, you will join a certified coach through five (5) one-on-one training sessions. These sessions will break down the fundamental movements of CrossFit and will allow for a more customized approach to your training and needs. Following your five sessions, you will be provided with a free two week Unlimited Membership, as well as the results from your Pulsewave® assessment. You may also opt for additional personal training sessions.
