Transition CrossFit offers a comprehensive beginners program designed to ensure a smooth and safe transition into our group classes and CrossFit programming.

What’s included? Our Foundations Program includes four (4) one-on-one training sessions with one of our Senior Coaches. These sessions will break down the fundamental movements of CrossFit and will allow for a more customized approach to your training and needs. 

At the end of your four sessions, you and your Coach will decide on next steps! Generally, members are eager and ready to jump into group classes. However, if we feel like additional personal training sessions are required, we may recommend doing a few extras before joining the full program. Moving forward, you may choose to do both group and personal training regardless.
