Transition’s CrossFit Kids program is designed for young athletes between the ages of 4 and 12, broken into three groups: 4 and under, 5 to 9, and 9 to 12. Our goal is to get kids active and instill the principles of a healthy lifestyle at a young age. We focus on bringing fun to the regiments that we offer in our CrossFit Kids program, while teaching the basic concepts of functional movement. Kids develop coordination, flexibility, power and strength - all transferable to other activities and sports in their lives.
Our CrossFit Kids program runs in 8 week cycles, with price reflecting two month long sessions. Membership can begin at any time and will be billed every 60 days starting on the day of sign up. These sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 9:15am. These classes run for a total of 45:00 minutes in length.
