You've been asking, we've been listening! Our community wants a program that focuses purely on conditioning, body weight exercises, and lighter/faster strength movements! This program is designed for anyone looking to up their cardio/conditioning, is in a pinch for time and looking for a great workout, or wants to try something supplementary to their regular CrossFit classes.

We are running this 45:00 minute class 3 times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. This class will consist of a brief warm-up and will focus on high intensity interval style training for 30:00-40:00 minutes and then finish up with a light conditioning sessions.

THE BEST PART IS... our CrossFit Burn class runs in conjunction with our CrossFit Kids program so it can be a whole family affair! We want to create a place where you can bring your little ones to work on their fitness at the same time Mom and Dad do!
